Check the file and the listing

Export a copy, then open the downloaded file before uploading it. Check the smallest meaningful details: printed labels, fine edges, facial features or material texture. Look for clipped corners and unexpected white or transparent areas. Keep the original alongside the export so you can make another version without repeatedly compressing the same pixels.

Next, inspect the image inside the actual listing interface. A source image can be valid while the site’s thumbnail crop cuts off something important. Review both the main image and the smaller preview. When a guide does not publish a file cap or exact dimension, this page leaves the field unknown.
