Report a tool problem

Include the page address, browser name, device type and the operation you were trying to complete. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead. If an error message appeared, copy its exact text. Mention the source format and approximate image dimensions if you know them, but avoid sending private photographs, identity documents or signatures unless there is a clear reason.

A useful report separates opening the file, previewing it, running background removal and downloading the result. Each step uses different browser capabilities. If the image opens but an export option is unavailable, include the requested output format. If a batch stops, say whether the same file works on its own.

Correct a published specification

Send the guide address and the official source that shows the change. Identify the application type, region or publishing surface if that affects the rule. A passport print requirement may differ from an online renewal requirement, and a marketplace’s mobile uploader may differ from its desktop interface.

We prefer the issuing authority or platform’s own documentation. A screenshot can explain a changed interface, but a stable official link makes the correction easier to check and cite. We do not promise an immediate response time or treat a report as proof until the evidence has been reviewed.

Accessibility feedback

Describe the control or section that blocked you and the assistive technology involved, if any. Keyboard focus, input labels, status announcements and contrast are all useful areas to report. Include the action sequence so that the problem can be reproduced without access to your private files.

Privacy and rights requests

If you joined the development waitlist, use the address you submitted when asking about that record. For an image-rights concern, identify the example and the source credit shown on the licenses page. The site does not host a public gallery of user uploads, because the editor does not upload image contents.
